Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: I do offer custom orders of hand painted clothing and accessories on a limited basis depending on how much time I have. Use my contact form to email me if you're looking for hand painted items for Comic Con, Dapper Day, etc. I do not offer full costuming at this time.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: I typically do not offer returns or exchanges due to the fact that all of my artwork items in my shop are either hand-made, one of a kind, original art, or printed to order especially for you.
If an item arrives defective or if you receive the wrong item, I will do everything I can to rectify the situation. You must contact me within 5 days of delivery. Send me a photo of the item and the problem. I am not responsible for damage done during shipping, however, I will do our best to replace defective products if at all possible. If a replacement is not possible for a defective item, a refund will be offered.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping varies by item, and it is calculated by weight, as well as by where you are located.
Q: When will I receive my items?
A: Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 days and all items ship from the U.S.
Q: Do you ship your products Internationally?
A: Unfortunately, at this time I do not sell internationally. I only take orders within the United States.
